This information is used by Romanian Accommodation with the intention of being used only to keep in touch with the home owners.
Public data, relating to your listing (for example the name, address, phone number, email address of the listing, etc.) will be displayed on Romanian Accommodation.
Home owners alone are responsible for the correctness, legality and pricing of their listings.

II. Guests
To make a reservation you will be asked to send an enquiry or an e-mail through the Romanian Accommodation platform, you might need to provide the following information: your name, phone number, email address, home address, IP address. In order to complete your booking, we transfer all relevant details like your contact details, special requests, trip details, preferences you might have for the trip, etc. to the Home owner. The collected information is vital for the Home owners to complete and administer your booking accordingly.
The home owners do their best to keep your data safe, however we do not assume responsibility for our partners privacy policies. 

III. Data processing
Contact details, given by both the home owner and guest might be used for marketing purposes only.
We respect your privacy! Romanian Accommodation doesn’t use cookies.
All personal information is safeguarded and will not be disclosed or directed to any third-party services, except for regulatory investigations and compliance, or to comply with lawful requests from law enforcement.
