Târgu Secuiesc is situated in a height of 70 m above sea-level, in the north-eastern part of Covasna County.
The settlement is called the "town of the crafts", in the memory of the numerous crafts and trades from the 20th century.
The centre of the town, has a unic style in Europa: there are many "yards" round the central square in form of sun rases. There are 73 "little streets" constructed by the the craftmen.

The Sziklaszív Pension is at the eastern outskirt of the town.
