Sovata is a holiday resort that lies in the centre of Transylvania, at the foot of the Ghurghiu Mountains, in a height of 500 m.
There are many salt lakes and ponds which have therapeutical effects.
The biggest lake from Sovata is Lake Bear (Lacul Ursu/ Medve-tó), a salty helio-thermal lake (heated by sunlight).

The Csongvay pension is near a creek in the forest, among other villas.
From the balcony opens a large room with 3 beds.
The other 2 rooms have exterior entrance.
There is a kitchen and basement under the balcony.
In the garden is fireplace, mini basketball ground, a swing and car park.
