Sovata is a holiday resort that lies in the centre of Transylvania, at the foot of the Ghurghiu Mountains, in a height of 500 m.
There are many salt lakes and ponds which have therapeutical effects.
The biggest lake from Sovata is Lake Bear (Lacul Ursu/ Medve-tó), a salty helio-thermal lake (heated by sunlight).

The Eva hostel is in the vicinity of the Lake Bear in a picturesque ambience.
In the period of may-october we offer accommodation for 2-3 families in the same time.
