Baile Homorod lies in the valley of the Homorod Mare, at 18 km from Odorheiu Secuiesc, at 36 km from the county town Miercurea Ciuc and at 6 km from Vlahita. There is a well-known holiday resort situated in a height of 740-760 m above sea-level.
