Arcus is situated in the valley of the Arcus river, at only 3 km from Sfântu Gheorghe (Saint George).
There is a tourist path that conducts from the village to Sugas Spa.
In the centre of the village there is a monument, the church from the XVII century.
The main attraction of the settlement is the Szentkereszti castle, a building in neo-baroque style, built on foundation of renaissance style.
The Szent György vault was the burying-place of the family.
Round the castle there is an arboretum rich in spacial species of trees and bushes.
In the park are organized creation camps of graphic arts.
In the mountains is a fortress, the Várhegy, the harbour of the population of Arcus, from the time of Tartar raids, and there are numerous mineral water springs.

At the first floor of the Szakács Pension are 4 rooms with private bathrooms and a mansard room + toilette.
At the ground floor is a living-room and a dining-room. The garden offers a perfect place for relaxation, and it is equipped with garden furniture.
